General Support

Account, Billing, Technical and Warranty Support

In addition to the contact options listed under the General Support heading, you can get account, billing, technical, or warranty help by phone.

Call by Phone: Phone customer service for billing and technical issues from Monday through Friday, 12 noon to 5 p.m. CT, by calling (512) 225-6359. Phone support for in-game issues is not available.

Caution:

Requests for login and password information
Deny requests for login and password information from other users. Do not share your account login information with anyone. No reputable gaming clan will ask for your login information to join. NCsoft employees will never ask you for your password while trying to help you. Therefore, you should never give it to someone claiming to be NCsoft support or any NCsoft employee. Additionally, you should avoid giving out your password to anyone else -- friend, foe, or other.

Please bear in mind that account owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and security of their accounts at all times.
